Fix for SBS 2011 Event errors

SBS 2011 installations suffer from a number of repeated Event Log errors that are shown in SBS Monitoring Reports as well as in the Event Log Viewer.  These are described in the SBS Post-Installation Errors knowledge base article which says that many can safely be ignored.

A posting in the SBS Blog provides a means for selected Event Errors to be suppressed.  This is great news, as if unnecessary warning messages can be removed it is much easier to see real ones.
